Your role is essential in creating a welcoming environment for our guests, ensuring every detail is immaculate. Key Responsibilities: Clean and maintain hotel public areas including lobbies, corridors, restrooms, lifts, and outdoor spaces. Ensure all high-touch points are sanitised regularly. Respond to guest requests politely and promptly. Monitor and report any maintenance or safety issues. Work collaboratively with the housekeeping and front office teams.
