The Role We’re on the hunt for an Experienced Barista who knows their way around an espresso machine and loves being in the middle of the action. If coffee is your craft, customer service is your jam, and you thrive in a buzzing café atmosphere, you might just be who we’re looking for. What You’ll Be Doing: Brewing consistently great coffee that looks as good as it tastes. Owning the morning rush like a legend fast, efficient, and calm under pressure. Greeting every customer with genuine warmth and making them feel at home. Keeping your workstation neat, clean, and ready for the next flat white. Backing up your teammates and contributing to the good vibes. What We’re Looking For: Previous cafe/coffee machine experience (bonus points if you’ve got latte art skills). A natural love for hospitality and making people feel welcome. The ability to multitask, stay upbeat, and keep the energy flowing. Flexibility across shifts, including weekends (early risers, we see you!). A true team player with a passion for food, coffee, and connection.
