What You’ll Do Design and Deliver Training that Sticks Create engaging sales training programs focused on lead conversion, bookings, and customer trust Facilitate live and virtual training on consultative selling, product knowledge, and systems Develop bite-sized learning content, think microlearning, simulations, and real-life roleplays Lead onboarding for new hires, setting them up for success from day one Coach and Elevate Performance Partner with Team Leaders and Quality Coaches to identify gaps and create targeted refreshers Provide real-time coaching via shadowing, call calibrations, and side-by-sides Build a culture of continuous growth through huddles, competitions, and regular skill boosters Enable Success with Practical Tools Create job aids, scripts, cheat sheets, and quick-reference tools agents actually use Keep training aligned with seasonal campaigns, customer offers, and market needs Measure and Improve Track training impact through performance data, learner feedback, and sales results Own learning metrics, training attendance, retention, and post-training performance Collaborate Across Teams Work closely with Enablement, QA, Marketing, and Ops to ensure training meets business goals Align programs with new tech rollouts, product launches, and evolving customer needs What You’ll Bring 5 years of experience in Sales Training, L&D, or Sales Coaching, ideally in a contact centre or travel environment Expertise in consultative sales and driving results in inbound/outbound sales teams A hands-on approach to learning content development (e-learning, LMS, microlearning) Confidence and warmth as a facilitator able to engage groups and inspire change A passion for helping others grow and a belief in training that drives business outcomes Familiarity with sales enablement tools, knowledge bases, and performance tracking systems Why Join Us?
