Each year, we provide over 10,000 client sessions and provide over 3,000 hours of support at an organisational level through our CORP Workplace Solutions division. What is the role? Leadership of an experienced admin team (5-6) Monitoring practice efficiency and streamlining processes Managing high level customer/organisational engagement Managing IT troubleshooting and IT efficiency Managing practice HR Facilitating the Reporting to NT Government About You Previous experience in a Senior Administration/Practice Manager role Experience in team leadership, problem solving and customer care Excellent organisational and time management skills IT proficiency Excellent communication skills with clients and staff Proficiency engaging with customers regarding EAP’s Generalist HR experience Strong administration skills including use of Microsoft Suite and booking software What we offer you A supportive, respectful and welcoming work environment in the pursuit of excellent client & customer care.
