About The Role PolyNovo is currently searching for a Finance Manager ANZ to join the Finance Team . Reporting to the Group Financial Controller, the Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations for the region/s allocated, ensuring compliance with financial regulations and group policies, and all aspects of end-to-end accounting tasks for a group of entities. We are recruiting two Finance Manager positions: Finance Manager ROW and Finance Manager ANZ Key Responsibilities Financial Management and Reporting : Manage the preparation and presentation of monthly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Manage the financial reporting process and preparing the month end reporting pack including variance analysis, and performance reporting. Ensure timely and accurate financial reporting to internal and external stakeholders, including Group Financial Controller, auditors and regulatory bodies. Budgeting and Forecasting : Assist the FP&A team in the annual budgeting process, working closely with department heads and GFC to develop budgets. Prepare and assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial forecasts, including revenue, expense, and cash flow projections. Monitor and analyse budget performance, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions. Audit Co-ordinate annual audits under guidance of the Corporate Reporting Manager Liaising with external audit firms in audit planning and audit process including collating data for auditors’ requirements. Take the lead in resolving audit issues under the guidance of the Corporate Reporting Manager. Co-ordinate collection and collation of ESG data supporting the Sustainability Report which will be subject to an annual audit under the accounting standards. Accounts Payable/Receivable Ensure the P2P process is followed and support s the business in ensuring compliance and continuous improvement Manage debtors and minimise debtor days outstanding Responsible for payment runs and compliance with P2P SOP Support the GFC in management and use of SAP Concur Internal Controls and Compliance : Assist with developing, implementing, and maintain robust internal control policies and standard operating procedures to safeguard company assets. Ensure compliance with financial regulations, corporate policies, and industry standards. Cash Management and Treasury : Manage cash management activities, including cash flow monitoring, forecasting, and optimization. Make recommendations to the GFC on cash flow related matters including preparation of monthly cash flow reports. Team Leadership and Development : Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable team members based in Manila Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Ensure the finance team has the necessary skills and resources to meet organizational goals. Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and support professional development opportunities. Qualifications / Experience CA/CPA, bachelor’s degree in accounting/ finance, MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred. Minimum of 7 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 3 years in a management position. Experience in the medical devices industry or a similar regulated industry is a plus. Strong financial analysis and modelling skills. Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems (e.g., MYOB Advanced, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics). Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial analysis tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
