What you’ll be doing Acting as the first point of contact for staff and contractor HR queries. Coordinating onboarding, offboarding, and contract variations, ensuring everything is accurate and on time. Driving HR communications and engagement activities that make our workplace feel connected. Maintaining HR records and compliance frameworks—keeping us sharp, professional, and audit-ready. Supporting employee relations, change management, and continuous improvement projects. Who you are You’re self driven, organised, and confident working without someone looking over your shoulder. Either way, you’re proactive, practical, and know how to juggle multiple priorities without breaking stride. The essentials Tertiary qualifications in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience. Strong HR coordination/administration background. Understanding of Australian employment law and compliance. Excellent communication, organisation, and systems skills.
