We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join our team in Barton, ACT . What you’ll do: Collaborate with stakeholders and developers to document and validate functional and non-functional requirements using user stories, use cases, and workflows Gather insights through interviews, workshops, and surveys to identify risks and opportunities for process improvement Manage requirements changes with a focus on business value, ensuring proper governance Support solution design and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet expectations Communicate requirements clearly to technical teams to drive accurate solution delivery What we’re looking for: Strong experience in requirements elicitation, analysis, and documentation Proven stakeholder management skills with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Expertise in process modelling (BPMN, flowcharts), Gap Analysis, and SWOT Analysis Hands-on experience in UAT planning and coordination Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, Visio, and Excel Security clearance: Minimum NV2 required; TSPV preferred If you’re ready to apply your analytical skills to projects that matter, collaborate with talented teams, and thrive in a structured, high-impact environment, we want to hear from you!
