The Opportunity We have an exciting full-time opportunity for a Centre Manager at either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will take ownership of the centre by providing leadership and motivation to your team, impacting daily operations significantly. This role offers opportunities for growth, stability, and security within the AMA Group. Role Responsibilities Workshop Management: Oversee production to ensure targets are met and vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition following AMA and Work Provider quality standards. Quality, Quotes, Parts, and Vehicle Management: Ensure accurate quotes, inspections, and repairs to pre-accident condition. Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional service through professional and friendly interactions. Financial Management: Manage profitability by preparing and reviewing P&Ls, budgets, job costings, KPIs, and reports. Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing, ensure proper staffing levels, and foster positive relationships with work providers. Work Health and Safety: Maintain a safe site by following WHS policies and promptly addressing safety incidents.
