About the Role We’re looking for a motivated graduate (Agricultural Science or Agribusiness) with a passion for the pasture seed industry. As a Graduate, you’ll gain hands-on experience across key areas of our business, with a primary focus on customer service. This is a rare chance to gain broad industry exposure, develop technical and commercial skills and build a long-term career in the agricultural sector. About the Program This two (2) year fixed-term program is designed to fast-track your professional development by offering: Rotational experience across Customer Service, Agronomy, Sales & Marketing, Inventory & Logistics, and Research & Development Industry exposure and networking Personal and career growth pathways You’ll gain a deep understanding of the pasture seed industry while building strong foundations in both technical and commercial areas of the business.
