We have four internship positions available in our Belrose office, with projects spanning: - Robotics - Clinical Research - Supply Chain & Operations - Surgical Case Planning This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the medical technology field, contribute to meaningful projects, and develop skills that directly impact patient care and customer experience. ?? Location: Belrose, NSW ?? Program Dates: 1 December 2025 - 6 March 2026 (12 working weeks) ?? Remuneration: Paid internship Who are you To be successful as a Zimmer Biomet Intern, you will bring: - A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team. - Strong verbal and written communication skills. - A natural problem-solving approach and curiosity to dig deep into challenges. - Self-drive and accountability to meet project deadlines. - Technical expertise relevant to your project area (e.g., segmentation analysis, 3D modelling, CAD software, Excel, Power BI). - A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, innovative environment. The projects - Robotics - you will be working on a project supporting our Robotics team as we continue to push the boundaries of what Robotics can do in the Orthopaedic industry - Clinical Research - Leveraging AI and machine learning to analyse real-world data from robotic and digital health platforms, to investigate outcomes in robotic joint replacement. - Supply Chain and Operations - Analysing Long term Consignment (hospital stock of implants and instruments) data to identify and develop a live reporting tool to optimise consignment placements. - Surgical Case Planning - Working on segmentation of medical images to create models for complex surgical case planning, with project focus to increase efficiency, quality and accessibility.
