The Project Manager Minor Works & Modification is responsible for manage Minor works, Modification budget and project delivery at the New Footscray Hospital meet contractual obligations. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will actively support Honeywell in achieving overall contractual compliance by forging strong working - Ensure all project works are performed and documented, with appropriate records received from contractors - Manage financial budgets, purchase orders, receipting etc to ensure financial accountability for the contract project spend is maintained - Scoping and pricing minor works and modifications projects - Delivery of approved minor works and modification projects - Liaison with customers and ensure the highest levels of customer service are met - 2 years in a similar field or Project Management role - General building maintenance and trade knowledge - Facility Management experience (preferred) - Working in critical environment (preferred) - Development of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information Who We Are The Future Is What We Make It at Honeywell.
