About The Role: This is a 12 month fixed term contract reporting to the Team Leader – Plaques Memorials. We support and lead the creation of individualised memorial tributes and our Team is passionate about providing the highest level of Care to our customers. With exceptional organisational and customer service skills, we project manage all plaque memorials, from initial purchase with our Sales Team, to memorial installation. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide customer centric solutions and ensure customer needs are met. About You: To be successful in this role, you will: Act as a brand ambassador by consistently modelling SMCT values. Ensure all documentation is accurately completed and verified in line with company guidelines. Track and record each customer's sales journey to maintain a high standard of customer service from initial contact to completion. Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries via email, phone, and mail. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system with attention to detail. In addition to this, you will have: A proven ability to thrive under pressure and deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments. A passion for achieving and exceeding the customer service experience The capability to effectively build productive and professional relationships with a wide range of stakeholders Strong organisational skills with the ability to deliver multiple priorities under tight deadlines Exceptional communication (verbal and written) capabilities.
