WHAT THIS EXCITING ROLE WILL LOOK LIKE : Working alongside our Lead BDM, you will be responsible for helping to grow our rent roll. Your initiative and ability to prospect will seek out new business opportunities, and your drive and background knowledge of property management will engage with our already sizable database to convert prospects into valued clients. You will also be a team player who will enjoy our culture of camaraderie, fun and support. HOW YOU WILL BE SUPPORTED : Training and Resources - Our Property Management Department stands on its own as a positive force in the industry. In-house and external training is provided to maximise your potential and job satisfaction. Reputation - Our Principal Laura Valenti is an ex-property manager, current Board Director of the REIQ, and a highly respected leader in the property management community. Our reputation gets us to the table every time. Leads - We cover a sizeable trade area across the Moreton Bay City area. You will source leads yourself through proven prospecting methods, as well as have access to a large database of Investor leads. Admin Support - You will have a dedicated BDM Executive Assistant to help with the paperwork. Systems and Tech - We utilise state-of-the-art tech and third-party providers to help your workflow and drive growth. Community Engagement - We are involved in several community initiatives that assist survivors of Domestic Violence and other vulnerable tenants to sustain their tenancies and avoid homelessness. YOUR PACKAGE : Base salary of $80,000 (commensurate with experience) plus commissions provides potential to earn over $150k per year.
