Key Responsibilities: Maintain a high level of customer service in all interactions with internal and external stakeholders Onboard new suppliers in the financial system and update any changes Process the supplier invoices in an accurate and timely manner, all client and staff reimbursements, as well as client refunds, in accordance with organisational policies to supportive efficient payment of goods and services received Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to processing payments About Brotherhood of St Laurence We are passionate about the work we do.
