We’re looking for a motivated Trade Assistant to support our skilled foundry crew in producing high-quality cast metal components. This is a hands-on role in our busy manufacturing facility – perfect for someone who’s physically fit, safety-minded, and eager to learn. What You’ll Be Doing Assisting foundry workers with preparing, operating, and maintaining equipment and machinery. Moving raw materials, tools, and finished products around the workshop. Using power tools, quick-cut saws, and other equipment to assist production. Keeping the workspace clean, organized, and safe. Spotting and reporting equipment issues or safety concerns immediately. Following all safety procedures to maintain a safe work environment. What We’re Looking For Strong physical fitness and stamina for a manual labor role. Previous experience in manufacturing, trades, or metal casting (advantageous but not essential). Forklift ticket is Favorable Good attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
