About the Role: You will work closely with our Branch Manager to drive sales, manage warm leads, and ensure our Campbellfield showroom operates smoothly. This is a hands-on role combining in-store customer service with proactive lead nurturing – no cold calling required. Key Responsibilities: Lead Nurturing – Follow up on warm, qualified leads to maintain engagement.In-Store Sales – Greet visitors, present products, and convert enquiries into orders.Warm Calling & Emailing – Keep prospects informed and ready to purchase.Deal Closing – Confidently guide customers from consideration to commitment.Branch Support – Oversee showroom operations when the Branch Manager is offsite.CRM Management – Maintain accurate notes and records for all customer interactions.
