The Role: We’re seeking an experienced Support Worker with strong mental health experience to join our growing team. You’ll provide compassionate, professional support to NDIS participants with diverse needs, including those experiencing psychosocial disabilities and behaviours of concern. Key Responsibilities: Maintain clear and accurate documentation for each shift Collaborate with care teams, families, and other stakeholders Provide emotional support and build trusting relationships Assist with daily living activities (personal care, meal prep, cleaning, etc.) Support clients to access the community (appointments, social activities, events) Work towards client goals and promote independence within each shift Implement, update, and review individual support plans About You: You are reliable, compassionate, and have a genuine commitment to person-centred care. You have experience supporting people with mental health challenges and behaviours of concern, and you thrive in a flexible, team-based environment.
