We are seeking two Digital Partners to join our Sydney team! About the role : This is a dynamic role representing ARN iHeart in the market with the talented Total Audio team. You’ll provide support and guidance to our total audio sales team, interact closely with external digital buyers and stakeholders, and showcase ARN's digital assets such as podcasts, music streaming, live radio streaming, creator opportunities, and more. A thorough understanding of these digital assets will be crucial as you explore avenues for digital commercialisation. Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to: Drive and grow digital investment across an allocated patch in collaboration with Client Partners to achieve and exceed the budget. Develop and implement client-specific digital revenue plans to enable growth, retention, and new business strategies. Ensure service and campaign delivery to automated traders within your designated patch. Develop strategic responses that exceed market expectations. Plan strategies and solutions to meet targets through accurate forecasting. Deliver high standards of communication, both written and verbal. About you : Ideally, you have 2-3 years of experience in media and are eager to take your next step while expanding your experience into digital audio and beyond. You are willing to learn and adapt. You possess strong networking and relationship-building skills and are proactive in reaching out to generate meetings with industry experts.
