Job Description The Company Our client a leading software house headquartered in Perth with a national footprint is looking to establish an exciting new role; Consultant – Service Delivery - Brisbane (PRONTO) This is a full-time permanent position. The Role This technical position involves providing advanced consultative services to clients regarding best practices in ERP solution implementation, utilizing specialized ERP software knowledge and industry expertise. Responsibilities include configuring ERP systems to align with clients' business processes, data, and IT infrastructure, while demonstrating exceptional analytical skills and delivering innovative, yet practical solutions to clients. Duties Project Implementations and Upgrades Deliver a high standard of technical work according to customer requirements as outlined in the Project Charter or Statement of Work. Facilitate customer workshops to scope the technical components of the implementation or upgrade. Design and map of data for customer conversion. Undertake QA and testing of specifications of changes/enhancements. Deliver pre-designed ERP training to customers. Undertake complex P1/P2 customer support issue resolution. Provide regular feedback as appropriate to the Manager - Service Delivery. Your skills Mandatory Bachelor of Business/Commerce or Information Technology or significant relevant work experience working with the GL Experience with Pronto Xi or previous versions including Pronto financial modules Practical knowledge of business, accounting and financial practices Desirable Demonstrated experience implementing ERP implementations Experience with payroll, warehousing and/or manufacturing Pronto modules Experience writing technical documentation Skills and Abilities Highly developed analytical, problem-solving skills and highly organised Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills, has honed persuasive and negotiation skills Able to take responsibility for actions, projects and people and initiates and generates their own activity Apply today To be considered for this role please send your résumé including a covering letter in word format by clicking on "Apply" button or send directly to either vilva@psgaus.com.au or nick@psgaus.com.au
