Join our collaborative team in 24-Hour Screen & Sound, a division within the Department of Creative Industries, Tourism, Hospitality and Sport Clerk Grade 5/6 with a salary range of $99,938 - $110,271per annum plus superannuation and leave loading Temporary 12 month role based in Sydney, NSW About the role We are seeking a highly organised and detail oriented administration officer to join our team and support the effective implementation, delivery and continual improvement of screen strategies and initiatives, related to post, digital and visual (PDV) effects and digital games. This role is critical in ensuring smooth administration, accurate record-keeping, and the provision of timely information to stakeholders across the screen and digital games sector. About you As the administration officer, PDV and Digital games, you will be responsible for providing end to end administration and information management for applications to the PDV and Digital Games rebate program, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and compliance. You will bring strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and maintain attention to detail in a fast paced environment. Experience in administration within a government, screen, creative industries, or program based environment will be highly regarded. To be successful in the role, you will have: Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines, and maintain attention to detail. Demonstrated experience providing high quality administrative support, including managing records, databases, and office systems. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to respond to enquiries clearly and professionally and prepare accurate documentation and reports. Strong problem solving skills, with the initiative to escalate complex issues appropriately and contribute to effective resolutions. An interest in, or understanding of, the screen, post production, or digital games industries (highly regarded but not essential).
