Realise your potential at yourtown your opportunity As the Job Development Coach , you will be on the frontline, delivering tailored employment services to young people living with disability. You will coach, guide, and empower our members to overcome barriers, build work readiness and secure sustainable employment. This is a hands-on, face-to-face role where you will: • Conduct individual assessments and develop personalised job plans. • Create inclusive employment opportunities by engaging with employers. • Advocate for young people and support them into meaningful work. • Provide ongoing post-placement support to ensure long-term success. • Collaborate with internal teams and community stakeholders. • Promote youth-first, strengths-based approaches to employment.
