You will coach, guide, and empower our members to overcome barriers, build work readiness and secure sustainable employment. This is a hands-on, face-to-face role where you will: • Conduct individual assessments and develop personalised job plans. • Create inclusive employment opportunities by engaging with employers. • Advocate for young people and support them into meaningful work. • Provide ongoing post-placement support to ensure long-term success. • Collaborate with internal teams and community stakeholders. • Promote youth-first, strengths-based approaches to employment.
