This position is designed to ensure all stakeholders are consistently engaged and informed, promoting a consultative approach to decision-making. The Change Partner supports the overall Performance and Project functions of Digital Services, working closely with the Manager of Performance and Projects to ensure change management is applied appropriately to projects and programs. This role is a permanent full-time position based at our head office in Belmont. What you’ll do: Work collaboratively with the broader Performance and Project team to ensure approved projects have the appropriate support. Support Delivery Partners in developing and planning the overall project/program change management strategy. Supervise the development of key change management deliverables (change management plan, stakeholder assessment, etc.). Assist with up-front and in-phase planning of projects (e.g., risk workshops, WBS planning, business case development, lessons learned) as required. Maintain standards, practices, and progress tracking of change processes using standard templates. Adhere to guidelines set for change management practices. Be transparent about change management progress in SJWA reporting. What you’ll need: 8 years’ experience in a similar role, such as Change Manager, Senior Advisor, or Senior Change Analyst. Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. A consultative approach to problem-solving and decision-making. Confidence to run workshops involving a range of stakeholders. What’s in it for you?
