The Opportunity We are seeking a full-time Centre Manager for either our AMA Group Solutions or Capital S.M.A.R.T Repairs team. Reporting to the State Operations Manager, you will lead the centre operations, motivate your team, and influence daily site performance. This role offers growth, stability, and security within the AMA Group. Role Responsibilities Workshop Management: Oversee production to meet targets and ensure vehicles are repaired to pre-accident condition per quality standards. Quality, Quotes, and Vehicle Management: Ensure accurate quotes, quality inspections, and vehicle repairs. Customer Service and Stakeholder Management: Provide exceptional service to clients and work providers. Financial Management: Manage profitability, prepare P&Ls, budgets, KPIs, and reports. Leadership and People Management: Oversee staffing and build positive relationships with work providers. Work Health and Safety: Maintain a safe site environment, follow policies, and report incidents promptly.
