Role Overview We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Group CFO to lead OSW Group’s financial function and governance as we enter an exciting new phase of growth. This is a key executive role with broad responsibilities across financial leadership, operations, and stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Provide strategic financial leadership across the group. Oversee finance operations, compliance, and risk management. Lead external relationships with auditors, advisors, and key stakeholders. Build and develop a high-performing, globally distributed finance team. Advise the CEO and Board on financial direction and decision-making. Requirements Mandatory: Experience in a senior finance role during an ASX listing process . Strong background in finance leadership within high-growth or capital-intensive industries. Expertise in corporate governance and financial compliance frameworks.
