About You: You bring tertiary qualifications or extensive experience in Project Management, Civil Engineering, or Construction Maintenance. You hold (or are willing to obtain) a WH&S competency card and a C-class driver’s licence. Experience in asphalt, compaction, spray sealing, or traffic management is highly desirable. You thrive on coordinating contractors, solving technical challenges, and delivering projects that make a tangible difference. Your Role: Lead and oversee road infrastructure projects across Noosa, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery. Provide on-site technical supervision, conduct inspections, and mentor in-house technical staff. Develop and manage project scopes, estimates, contracts, and ensure compliance with industry standards.
