We are seeking a high-performing Associate Director to join a Big 4 Commercial & Transactions team, focusing on Social Infrastructure. This is a rare opportunity to shape the delivery of Australia's most significant public sector and social infrastructure projects - from health, education and justice through to transport-linked precincts, housing and community infrastructure. The Role As an Associate Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading transaction and commercial advisory engagements for government and private clients. You'll be part of a highly regarded team advising across: Market engagement and transaction strategy Commercial and financial structuring Procurement design and execution Contract negotiations and risk allocation Bid evaluation and probity support Partnerships across government, investors, and operators You will be hands-on in complex deals, winning work, shaping strategy, and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders. About You We know the market is tight, so we're open to candidates who can demonstrate agility and the ability to apply their expertise across different sectors. Ideally, you will bring: Experience in transactions, commercial advisory, project finance, or major projects advisory Exposure to infrastructure sectors - preferably social infrastructure, but transferable experience from transport, energy, utilities, defence or property will be highly regarded Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a track record of influencing senior decision-makers A passion for delivering projects that drive community and social outcomes Why Join?
