The Senior Program Officer reports directly to the Director, Client Liaison, ACT Cladding Rectification Program. This position will provide support to client liaison functions, data maintenance, finance and governance processes. The primary responsibilities of this position are to: Support the management of the Private Buildings Concessional Loan Scheme, demonstrating best-practice program administration; Support the collection of data, including financial data, data on performance and data on timeframes. Data is kept on individual loans as well as more macro teams based budgetary and other data; Take minutes of meetings with stakeholders; Review invoices from suppliers for works undertaken under the scheme; Support the management of the team inbox, including referring on emails to appropriate team members or responding to emails in a timely manner; Support the management of the accounts and finances of the Scheme, by paying invoices, keeping records of expenditure and details of how much has been spent; Liaise with scheme participants (and their agents) and suppliers, to assist OCs to progress through the Scheme and gather information to aid in continuous improvement; and Maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders across Government and maintain accurate records of meetings, negotiations and key outcomes. Eligibility/Other Requirements: Professional/Technical Skills and Knowledge Sound judgement, initiative, and the ability to critically analyse information to understand, translate and engage with the different requirements of the Scheme. High level administration and coordination skills, attention to detail and experience in undertaking multiple, concurrent deadlines/priorities under minimal direction in a dynamic and constantly changing, client focussed environment. Demonstrated stakeholder engagement skills and ability to engage and manage positive stakeholder relationships, including evidence of successful collaboration with a range of stakeholders/clients to achieve outcomes and ensure client satisfaction. Well developed verbal and written communications skills, ability to effectively translate complex processes and concepts to stakeholders. Excellent computer skills, with experience in using computer software (including Microsoft Office suite) and information technology systems to store and retrieve data and deliver efficient customer service while adhering to relevant IT and records management policies.
