About the Role: Technology & Strategy Alignment Liaise between ITD (Information Technology and Disabilities), services teams, and plant leadership to support capital projects and operational changes. Cross-Functional Collaboration Partner with global teams in Customer Service, Estimating, Planning, Purchasing, Scheduling, Production, Quality, Shipping, and Finance to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Digital Culture & Innovation Promote effective communication and foster a culture of creativity and continuous improvement. Implementation & Change Leadership Support Radius and regional rollouts, acting as SME and changing agent to ensure process standardization and post-launch optimization. What You'll Do: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders in business and IT teams to drive key outcomes, make decisions, and ensure timely project completion Act as the liaison between Business Units and IT, implement new processes, process changes, and both existing and new technology Identify opportunities and gaps for technology enablement to enhance and grow business operations Engage business Power Users to ensure the deployed Radius model meets business requirements across the product portfolio and regions Identify additional training and support needs to ensure compliance with core applications. Support user acceptance testing and cut-over activities by engaging in functional areas during the upgrade cycle Ensure that plants/functional teams have access to the data required to manage operations Drive with a sense of urgency to achieve results. What You Bring: 5 years\u2019 experience within manufacturing environment supporting IT and Business needs (industry experience a plus) Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage and influence others to comply with standard business processes Driving execution & task management skills to manage the work through respective ITD functions. Thorough understanding of IT project management techniques and methods.
