Key Responsibilities Partner with the National Leasing Manager to support strategic lease negotiations, contributing to commercially sound outcomes and portfolio growth. Assist the property team in driving tenant acquisition through targeted marketing initiatives, effective lease negotiations, and securing occupancy for vacant assets. Support the function of lease administration tasks and transition lease administration, becoming familiar with a new Progenesis system to update and maintain the lease database with key information including sublease payments, sessional payments, renewals, taxes, property outgoings, and more. Process and maintain leases to ensure all information is accurately entered and maintained in the database and filed appropriately. Support National Lease Administration Manager in processing rental payments and all other financial transactions in a timely manner. Analyse and report as required sub tenant arrears. Support arrears management.as required Develop and maintain relationships internally and externally with Property Managers and Landlords. Experience & Attributes Minimum of 1 years in a Property Analyst / Lease Administration / Property Administration / Financial Analysis roles Lease Negotiation / Accounting / Finance background preferred Proven experience in analysing and interpreting leasing agreements and financial statements Demonstrates a resourceful and proactive approach to problem-solving, with the ability to take initiative and drive tasks to completion independently. Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships, resolve conflicts, and negotiate leases with a focus on maximizing property value and tenant satisfaction.
