Location – 3 Empire St, Branxton NSW 2335, Australia Full-time – ongoing Salary – in the range $70k to $80k plus superannuation per annum Responsibilities will include. Developing menus, calculating food expenses, and sourcing ingredients Overseeing the quality of dishes throughout preparation and presentation stages Cooking and presenting quality food to demanding clients. Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the Kitchen Work with the Store owner to manage stock control and production expenses. Storing food in temperature-regulated environments Some staff supervision and training To be considered we expect to see: Demonstrated passion for cooking. Possession of a highly relevant Certificate IV (or equivalent) At least 2 years post qualification experience Excellent communication and time management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced/flexible environment.
