You'll be based in their architecturally designed, two-level office in the Lower North Shore - complete with a snooker table upstairs, regular fundraising initiatives, and an open, collaborative culture that values loyalty and impact. About the Role As a Senior Estimator , you'll be the commercial backbone of the pre-construction team — supporting tenders up to $10M. You'll be given autonomy, respect, and advanced systems (Procore) in an environment where your input is valued and your experience counts. Responsibilities Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates across labour, materials, plant, preliminaries, and subcontractors Analyse drawings, specifications, and site conditions to scope and quantify tenders effectively Liaise with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders to build accurate pricing Present estimates and methodology to directors with confidence and clarity Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvement initiatives Maintain awareness of market conditions and pricing trends About You Strong estimating experience, ideally in commercial fit-out or refurbishment Solid understanding of construction methodology and local market rates Proficient with software such as Excel, Procore, or similar estimating tools High attention to detail and a methodical, organised approach Strong communicator who enjoys working with a close-knit team Must have permanent Australian work rights Why This Role?
