The Central Queensland Mental Health, Alcohol and Other Drugs Service provides specialist mental health, substance, and alcohol related care to residents of Rockhampton, Yeppoon, Gladstone, Banana Shire (Biloela, Moura, Theodore) Woorabinda and Central Highlands districts and adult inpatients of the Central West Hospital and Health Service (catchments in excess of a population of 250,000).Rockhampton Mental Health Service Inpatient Unit, Older persons Inpatient Unit, Acute Care Team, Consultation Liaison Psychiatry Services and Child and Youth Mental Health Services are located on the campus of Rockhampton Hospital. The Rockhampton Mental Health Community Services Team, Alcohol and Other Drugs Services, Indigenous Mental Health Services, Prison Mental Health Services (PMHS), Forensic Mental Health Services (FMHS) and Court Liaison Services are located in the Central Business District (CBD) of Rockhampton.
