You’ll help shape how hundreds of thousands of participants engage with our movement, from sign-up through to fundraising success and beyond. About Us Founded just a few years ago, this initiative has quickly become Australia’s largest fitness-based mental health event and is now expanding internationally. Our community includes everyday legends, schools, workplaces, first responders and sports clubs – all pushing together for better mental health. What you’ll be doing In this role, you’ll manage the end-to-end delivery of supporter communications that educate, activate, and celebrate participants. Your focus will be on building meaningful connections and driving measurable outcomes. Deliver engaging email campaigns and automations across the supporter lifecycle (onboarding, fundraising support, in-event updates). Create and optimise landing pages with compelling copy, visuals, and strong calls to action. Segment audiences and personalise messaging to maximise engagement and conversions. Run A/B tests to optimise subject lines, content and CTAs. Monitor conversion funnels , identify drop-offs, and implement strategies to boost sign-ups, donations, and retention. Analyse performance metrics and provide insights to guide improvements. Collaborate with tech and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling across all channels. About you You’re a marketer who’s excited by the challenge of engaging large communities around a meaningful cause. You can combine data-driven strategy with creative storytelling and you thrive when working in a team that dreams big. 5 years experience in email marketing and campaign management . Confident with platforms such as Iterable, ActiveCampaign, Mailchimp (or similar). Skilled in segmentation, automation, testing and reporting . Experience in conversion optimisation and landing page design . Strong writing skills with the ability to turn information into inspiration. Collaborative, adaptable, and motivated by purpose-driven work . Bonus points if you bring: Experience in health, fundraising, or large-scale campaigns .
