Responsibilities: Prepare clear and accurate work papers to support decisions and demonstrate work performed, Use your understanding of the client’s business and industry to provide tailored advice, Mentor and support graduates, sharing knowledge to help develop future accountants, Prepare financial statements in line with legal and accounting standards, Draft documentation for Partner use in client meetings and presentations, Research, identify, and resolve complex accounting issues. Prepare and analyse management reports, Review tax and FBT returns in detail to ensure accuracy and compliance. Key Skills: Degree in Business/Commerce with an Accounting major, CA (or equivalent) completed or in progress, (desirable) 2–3 years in a similar role, Strong communication and attention to detail, Ability to work independently and in a team, Commitment to ongoing professional development.
