About the Opportunity In this role, you’ll be responsible for driving a multi-million-dollar store through clear leadership, strong operations, and a hands-on approach to team development. The store operates at a high volume, so we’re looking for someone who can balance priorities quickly, coach on the floor, and maintain a sharp eye for detail.
