About the role This is a rare and highly coveted opportunity for a self-motivated and highly organised Property Legal Assistant to join the Developments team at a well-established and highly regarded mid-tier law firm located in the heart of the CBD. This is a part time, job-share role (3 days a week) where you will be able to utilise your top secretarial skills and property expertise in a busy role covering all aspects of Property Developments. Providing secretarial and administrative support to a Senior and Junior Development Lawyers, your day will include, but not be limited to:- draft correspondence and development-related documents extensive diary and email management arrange appointments and meetings liaise with clients and partners (email and telephone) create, edit and format documents record time and process bills file management (inc. opening, closing, archiving files) other general administrative tasks Skills and experience we'd love With at least 5 years experience as a legal assistant , ideally in property development and/or real estate , you will also be able to demonstrate:- excellent time management and multi-tasking abilities strong MS Word/ typing skills high attention to detail and proactive approach to work ability to work to deadlines excellent communication and interpersonal skills iManage and Aderant Expert experience not required, but highly regarded What's on offer?
