We are looking for an experienced and motivated Retail Manager to join our team and oversee the daily operations of our retail outlets. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage day-to-day retail operations across our venues. Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Manage stock levels, purchasing, and supplier relationships. Recruit, train, and mentor staff to uphold Fonzie Abbott’s culture and service standards. Develop rosters, monitor labour costs, and ensure compliance with WHS policies. Implement and oversee marketing and promotional initiatives. Maintain high standards of presentation, quality, and consistency across all locations. About You: Proven experience as a Retail Manager Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and build high-performing teams. Solid knowledge of retail operations, stock control, and sales reporting. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. Passionate about coffee, hospitality, and creating memorable customer experiences.
