We are seeking a Transport Dispatch Coordinator to join our Burnley Support Office team. This role will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day logistics activities within our outbound transport program, ensuring smooth allocation of deliveries, strong driver support, and excellent customer service. Shifts are available across weekdays, evenings, and weekends, offering flexibility and variety Key Responsibilities: Allocate and route last mile delivery runs Manage and support drivers daily Provide accurate track & trace updates Deliver customer service support to stores, customers, and drivers Problem-solve transport and delivery issues quickly and effectively Monitor KPIs to ensure deliveries are completed in full and on time Liaise with stores, drivers, and occasionally attend sites Skills And Experience Required: Previous experience in transport allocation, scheduling, or dispatch Background in logistics administration and customer service Understanding of the hardware/home delivery sector (highly regarded) Knowledge of Freight Management Systems, MS Teams, and Excel Strong organisational and time management skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Benefits Offered: Competitive hourly rates with agency support Opportunity to work on a major national retail transport program Ongoing casual and contract assignments with potential for longer-term opportunities If you're interested in this role, please click on 'Apply'.
