The role We are currently seeking a full-time Concrete Production Manager to join our team at our Narangba site. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the production operations of seven concrete plants while working closely with our fleet team to ensure seamless delivery coordination. Reporting to the Queensland Operations Manager, you will be accountable for meeting operational goals, site requirements, and ensuring that all plants and equipment run efficiently, cost-effectively, and safely, with minimal environmental impact. A key part of this role is maintaining full compliance with all company policies, procedures, and operational standards.
