Job Description About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex ICT projects within Corporate Technology Services. The role involves managing upgrades and enhancements to enterprise applications, coordinating cross-functional teams, and engaging stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes aligned with internal governance and release management frameworks. Key Responsibilities: Lead planning and delivery of enterprise system upgrades and new components. Apply PRINCE2/MSP methodologies to manage scope, risk, and governance. Develop business cases and project artefacts to support funding and delivery. Facilitate stakeholder engagement and change adoption across the organisation. Mentor and manage multidisciplinary teams and external vendors. Oversee performance tracking, reporting, and benefits realisation. Required Experience: 7–10 years in project management, ideally in healthcare or government. Strong experience with HR/Payroll, Rostering, or Finance systems. Proven delivery of large-scale enterprise software projects (SAP S/4HANA preferred). Skilled in PRINCE2, MSP, Agile, or SAP Activate methodologies. Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills. Experience in release planning and business process improvement. What’s on Offer?
