You’ll have the remit to assemble and lead a high-calibre delivery team, combining internal talent with strategic vendor partners, all under an onshore-first delivery model to keep quality, speed, and control firmly in hand. What You Bring Proven record leading complex, high-value programs in large-scale enterprise environments. Experience modernising large-scale platforms, delivering ERP solutions, and adopting AI at scale. Track record of building and leading high-performing teams. Expertise in managing and leveraging strategic vendor relationships. A customer-first mindset that ensures technology enables measurable business and user outcomes. The credibility and gravitas to influence at board and C-suite level.
