In this Associate Director, ECO role, you will be joining the Emerging Corporate & Origination team that’s doubling down on customer obsession. Each Day, You’ll Go Above And Beyond To Support strategic planning Manage client relationships Leading origination and structuring of new transactions with a focus on balance sheet lending for growth business Lead and manage teams (as required for projects which will be indirectly reporting through). Building an inspired and empowered team through effective coaching, development, mentoring and performance management. We’re looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You’ll need: Proactive management of credit, conduct and compliance risk. Demonstration of a deep understanding of Corporate & Business banking, general accounting principles, strong origination and execution, pitch preparation and presentation skills. Demonstrated experience in contributing to highly performing teams, particularly coaching and developing others. Proactive risk management; meet all policy and compliance requirements; adhere to process and procedures pertinent to the role; and escalate event, issues or breaches as they are identified.
