About the Role In this hybrid role as a Business Development & Account Manager – Logistics & Key Accounts , you’ll manage a portfolio of major customers. Your focus will be on maintaining strong relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring service excellence across all touchpoints. Key Responsibilities Winning new business with key logistics clients to meet growth targets Manage and grow a portfolio of key logistics clients to meet revenue and profitability targets Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with annual sales budgets Develop tailored sales plans and value-based proposals for each prospect Collaborate with internal teams including operations, drivers, and customer service to ensure seamless delivery Monitor onboarding and first 90 days of trade to ensure satisfaction and integrity Provide market insights and competitor analysis to support commercial strategy Maintain a strong on-going pipeline Foster and maintain strong working relationships with external stakeholders Maximise client’s share of wallet What You’ll Bring Proven experience in logistics, transport, or supply chain account management Demonstrable history of new business development Strong relationship-building and stakeholder engagement skills Commercial acumen and solution-based selling experience Strong negotiation skills Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical abilities Ability to building relationships across multiple layers within an organisation Self-driven, organised, and detail-oriented Effective presentation skills & interpersonal communication Degree in Business, Logistics, or related field (preferred) What’s on Offer Competitive salary and performance incentives Vehicle allowance and tools of the trade Supportive team culture with national reach Career development in a logistics-focused growth environment Ready to Lead in Logistics?
