The business actively engages customers through Tripadvisor, Facebook, Instagram, and other platforms, and promotes popular in-house initiatives such as Burger Night, Happy Hours, live band events, private functions, and voucher programs. We are seeking a skilled and creative Marketing Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will play a key role in planning and executing marketing campaigns that support business growth, enhance customer engagement, and promote our products, services, and events across multiple channels. Position Responsibilities and Tasks: Plan, develop, and implement advertising policies and campaigns to support sales objectives and promote Baker & Farmer's products and services. Advise management on advertising strategies to effectively reach target markets and build consumer awareness. Coordinate the production of advertising campaigns across digital platforms and traditional media, including artwork, copywriting, photography, and media placement, ensuring delivery on time and within budget. Conduct market research to identify demand, market characteristics, and opportunities for new and existing products and services. Support business growth by preparing and executing marketing objectives, policies, and programs tailored to hospitality and events promotion. Provide advice on the marketing mix, including product positioning, pricing strategies, sales promotions, and distribution channels. Create, schedule, and publish content across Tripadvisor, Facebook, Instagram, and the company website, including promotions for Burger Night, Happy Hours, and live band events. Analyse the performance of digital and offline campaigns, preparing reports and insights to drive continuous improvement. Recommend updates to content and apply SEO/SEM strategies to improve search engine rankings and online visibility. Support the promotion of private functions and voucher programs, ensuring campaigns drive customer participation and brand loyalty. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Minimum 2 years' relevant professional experience in marketing or advertising. Proven experience managing end-to-end marketing campaigns, ideally within hospitality or retail. Strong skills in social media platforms (Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Ads, Tripadvisor). Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with creativity in developing engaging content. Analytical mindset with experience using data-driven insights to improve marketing outcomes. Salary: This is a full-time position with competitive remuneration between $77,000 and $80,000 per annum plus superannuation, based on a 38-hour work week.
