Female Disability Support Worker – Ferntree Gully We are seeking experienced and compassionate female Disability Support Workers to support a non-verbal female client in Ferntree Gully . This is a permanent part-time role with set shifts. About the Role: You will provide person-centred support that promotes dignity, independence, and quality of life. Duties include Complex bowel care, Diabetes management, Dysphagia support, Manual handling, Medication assistance, Pressure and wound care Shift Requirements (2 week rotating roster) (MUST be available, no changes to shift can be made): Week 1: Mon: 7pm - 10am (sleepover from 10pm - 6am) Tues: 7pm - 10am (sleepover from 10pm - 6am) Sun: 7pm - 10am (sleepover from 10pm - 6am) Week 2: Mon: 7pm - 10am (sleepover from 10pm - 6am) Tues: 7pm - 10am (sleepover from 10pm - 6am) About You: Experience with dysphagia and manual handling Confident in providing personal care and clinical supports Empathetic, reliable, and committed to client wellbeing Current First Aid, CPR, and relevant checks (NDIS Worker Screening, WWCC) What We Offer: Guaranteed permanent part-time shifts Supportive and professional team environment Ongoing training and development opportunities Mandatory Requirements Current First Aid & CPR NDIS Worker Screening Check VIC Working With Children Check (Employee) Valid driver's licence and comprehensive car insurance Completion of NDIS Quality, Safety and You online module Pay Rates (SCHADS Award – Permanent Part-Time, Above Award Leave Entitlements) Day shift: $34.19 Afternoon shift (ends between 8pm and midnight, Mon–Fri): $38.46 Active night shift (finishes after midnight or starts before 6am, Mon–Fri): $39.32 Saturday: $51.29 Sunday: $68.38 Public holiday: $85.48 Why Join Us?
