Disability Support Workers – ABI & Mental Health We are seeking compassionate and experienced Disability Support Workers to provide consistent, person-centred support to two individuals living with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), complex mental health needs, and a history of drug and alcohol (D&A) challenges . These are casual or part-time roles with regular daytime hours and the opportunity for extended shifts as needs grow. About the Roles: You will support clients to live independently and meaningfully within their communities. Key areas of support include: Daily living support and household management Meal planning and preparation Emotional regulation and mental health support Attending and managing appointments Promoting independence and community engagement Monday to Sunday – 10:00am to 2/4:00pm (This role is expected to expand to 5–6 days/week soon) About You: Experience supporting individuals with ABI and complex mental health Confident, calm, and patient with strong emotional resilience Ability to support people with D&A history in a respectful and non-judgmental way Skilled in appointment scheduling, meal planning, and daily routines Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Able to work independently and as part of a team Requirements: Current First Aid & CPR NDIS Worker Screening Check Working With Children Check (Employee – VIC) Valid driver’s licence and reliable, insured vehicle Completion of NDIS Quality, Safety and You module What We Offer: Regular, consistent shifts with room for growth Supportive team and collaborative environment Opportunity to build long-term, meaningful relationships Ongoing professional development and training Pay in line with SCHADS Award – above award for experienced workers Apply Now: If you are passionate about making a real difference in someone’s life and meet the requirements above, we want to hear from you .
