About the role : As a Clinical Nurse, you will play a key role in providing leadership and high-level nursing care to residents in aged care settings. You will be responsible for clinical assessments, care planning, mentoring and ensuring highest standard of resident care. Key responsibilities Delivering person centered nursing care in line with individual care plans Leading and supporting care staff to ensure safe, high-quality care Managing medication administration and clinical documentation. Responding to change in resident conditions and escalation appropriately Ensuring compliance with aged care quality standards and facility policies What We’re Looking For: Essential: Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (Division 1) Minimum 2–3 years of recent experience in aged care Strong clinical assessment and leadership skills Excellent communication and time management Fully vaccinated for COVID-19 and current flu vaccination Valid Police Check and NDIS Worker Screening (or willing to obtain) Desirable: bachelor's / Masters Degree in Health. Own transport and willingness to travel to different sites Experience using aged care clinical systems (e.g., iCare, ecase, Autumn Care, Telstra health etc.) Join NHR?
