As we continue to grow and evolve, we're looking for a passionate and driven Talent Acquisition Advisor to join our HR team on a 4-month fixed-term contract based in Mentone. The Role As a Line Leader, you’ll be at the heart of our production. You’ll supervise your team to ensure our products are made safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards, while coaching and inspiring your team to perform at their best. This is a hands-on leadership role where you’ll: Lead and Inspire : Set clear expectations, provide timely feedback, and build a positive team culture where people feel supported, valued, and motivated. Champion Health & Safety : Act as a role model for safe practices, ensuring all work is performed in line with company procedures and food safety standards. You’ll promote a proactive safety culture, identify and resolve hazards, and encourage your team to always put safety first. Drive Operational Excellence : Oversee daily production targets, manage downtime effectively, and ensure efficiency and quality in every process. Coach & Develop : Train and guide team members to build capability, encourage accountability, and foster open communication and collaboration. Improve & Innovate : Look for ways to continuously improve processes, reduce waste, and support sustainability initiatives. Collaborate & Communicate – Partner with supervisors, managers, and support teams to resolve issues quickly and effectively, ensuring production stays on track. FMCG experience is a bonus, but what matters most is your ability to lead people, take responsibility, and deliver results. A strong sense of ownership and accountability . Strong communication and numeracy skills – fluent English (written and spoken) is essential.
