The Role Patties Food Group is seeking two detail-oriented Data Analysts to join our team on a 6-month contract. Based at our Pakenham site, these exciting roles will play a key part in supporting critical data management activities across our product and manufacturing systems. This role would be perfect for a recent graduate looking to take the next step in their career! Reporting to the Innovation Manager, you will be responsible for cleansing and validating product data as well as; Cleanse and review data from Product Information Forms (PIFs) to ensure accuracy and consistency Enter supplier specification data into our recipe management system Review and validate Bills of Materials (BOMs) for accuracy and completeness Support data migration and integration from ERP systems (M3), resolving discrepancies Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, and Quality teams to align data inputs Assist in maintaining data governance and ensuring data integrity across platforms Generate reports and summaries highlighting data quality issues and recommended corrective actions Other ad hoc duties as per directed The Person You’re someone who thrives on accuracy, structure, and problem-solving. You take pride in getting the details right because you know how much they matter in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. You will also have the following skills and experience; Previous experience in a data analyst or data management role, ideally within FMCG, food manufacturing, or a related industry Advanced Excel skills and confidence working with large datasets Experience with ERP systems (preferably M3) Knowledge of PIFs or technical product specifications highly regarded Exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional stakeholders Why Join Us?
