Our client is a well known automotive brand, operating across the globe to provide fleet services. OCG Talent is searching on behalf of our client for their next key hire, a skilled Accessory Fitter to join our client's fleet operations team and help prepare vehicles for fleet services. This is a great opportunity to work in a clean, well-equipped workshop with a reputable company that services a diverse range of vehicles — from utes and SUVs to fully kitted-out 4WDs for a diverse customer base. What You’ll Do: Fit accessories such as bull bars, tow bars, roof racks, UHF radios, canopies, lighting kits, and more Modify and prep vehicles for specific customer and industry requirements (e.g., mining, touring, corporate) Conduct safety and quality checks before and after installation Work closely with workshop staff and fleet coordinators to meet deadlines Maintain a safe and clean work environment What You’ll Bring: Previous experience in accessory fitting, mechanical, or auto electrical work A good understanding of vehicle systems and aftermarket products Strong attention to detail and pride in quality workmanship Ability to work independently and as part of a team Current driver’s licence (HR preferred) Bonus points if you have: Experience working with rental, commercial, or 4WD vehicles Auto electrical knowledge or trade qualification What Our Client Offers: A supportive team and positive workshop culture Consistent hours and job security with a growing company Opportunities to work on a wide range of vehicles On-the-job training and skill development To apply, please submit your cover letter and resume via the APPLY for JOB button.
